Termina una semana muy especial, interesantes eventos, reincio de clases, una muy mala noticia, invitaciones, novedades, un festejo... una semana muy movida, pero que no es excusa para olvidarme de una de las primeras secciones del blog: "La web en cifras": hoy con números sobre la web 2.0 y el mundo del trabajo.
Ha circulado bastante en la red sobre el nuevo escenario laboral, sabemos que:
-Crecen las búsquedas laborales en Internet.
-Aumenta el uso de Internet en el trabajo.
-Se expande el teletrabajo como alternativa potenciada por las TICs.
-Crecen las búsquedas de profesionales con nuevas competencias y requisitos realacionados con Social Media.
-Aparecen nuevos perfiles de empleados.
De manera coherente con este nuevo contexto, las búsquedas de empleados se están realizando cada vez más a través de las redes sociales.
Según una encuesta realizada por Career Builder a 2600 empleadores:
- Los encargados del RRHH de las empresas consultan más Facebook que Linkedin.
- El 30% de los consultados declararon usar Facebook.
- El 26% asegura utilizar Linkedin.
- La cantidad de gestores de contratación que consultan redes sociales ha crecido en el último año del 22% al 45%.
Podemos econtrar diversas explicaciones, entre ellas:
-La enorme cantidad de usuarios en redes sociales y especialmente en Facebook.
-La intención de consultar además del CV, otros aspectos de la vida y personalidad del futuro empleado.
-La búsqueda de nuevos perfiles en los que la actividad social en la web es clave.
